Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure and implement Dynamics ERP solutions based on business requirements, assist in customizing ERP modules, and conduct data migrations from legacy systems.
- System Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics ERP users, ensure system updates and patches are installed, and monitor ERP system performance.
- Integration: Work with other software systems to integrate and enhance Dynamics ERP functionality, and develop APIs, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
- Customization & Development: Customize forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards in Dynamics ERP, and develop customizations using Dynamics development tools (e.g., X++, PowerApps, Power BI).
- Training & Documentation: Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP best practices and maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations.
- Project Management & Consultation: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams and analyze business process inefficiencies through the use of Dynamics ERP.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, GP).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics ERP, with knowledge of SQL, C#, X++, or other programming languages used in Dynamics ERP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
