Position

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, experience with customization and configuration, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
  • Customize and configure CRM components including entities, workflows, plugins, forms, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and third-party connectors.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing CRM solutions and perform enhancements or upgrades as needed.
  • Write clean, scalable code using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom development.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and deployment plans.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and security according to industry best practices.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Dataverse, Azure services, Web APIs, and SSRS reports.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Knowledge of solution management, security roles, data migration, and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for CRM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-910, MB-920, or older equivalents).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Insights.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and experience with SQL Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
