Position

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Implementation Lead, to oversee the end-to-end deployment of ERP solutions. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the system is scalable, compliant, and delivers value to the client.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Plan and execute full-lifecycle implementations, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Solution Design: Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into high-level functional or technical designs.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of consultants or developers (onshore and offshore), providing guidance and conducting performance reviews.
  • Functional Configuration: Oversee the setup of core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee X++ development, data migrations, integrations via APIs, and release management.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce best practices for coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality, maintainable deliverables.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with client leadership to advise on finance transformation and best practice business processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7–10+ years of relevant consulting or implementation experience, including at least 3–5 years specifically with D365 F&O.
  • Track Record: Proven experience leading at least 3–5 full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Functional Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of financial concepts and F&O module functionality and their interrelations, starting from opening balances to fiscal year closing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and Data Management Framework.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for business stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues under pressure.
