Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for our Qatar operations. This role is crucial for managing and administering our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and our clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Customize CRM solutions, including plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployments.
• Troubleshoot and manage CRM architecture, deployment, administration, and security.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance CRM functionality.
• Support business-critical, highly available enterprise environments ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage security and access control and undertake performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability tasks.
• Oversee change, release, and solution management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting business-critical, highly available enterprise environments.
