Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Automate business processes involving approvals, invoices, contracts, procurement, document management, and reporting.
- Develop scheduled, event-based, and approval workflows with appropriate error handling.
- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint Online, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Forms, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Build simple business applications using Power Apps (Canvas) and Dataverse.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support for implemented automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant IT/development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong practical experience with both Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 connectors, Excel, and Forms.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas) and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Understanding of workflow automation, error handling, and system integration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language proficiency, particularly for understanding business documents and forms.
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, or Azure Logic Apps.
- Previous experience working with Saudi Arabian clients or government-sector projects.
