In this role, you will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design and implement innovative cloud and security solutions, building powerful solutions and crafting compelling RFPs. You will foster strong relationships by providing technical guidance and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales activities and engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives while developing tailored cloud and security solutions/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to seamlessly integrate solutions aligned with broader business and IT strategies.
• Design and architect high-level and low-level documentation for the proposed solutions.
• Design and support Crayon cybersecurity projects for Microsoft security bundles and non-Microsoft controls.
• Work with third-party vendors during solution implementation and delivery as needed.

Your Competencies:

• Extensive experience in presales engagement with customers to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Technical competence in the Microsoft Security Suite (Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Intune).
• Significant experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as MS Certified: Cybersecurity Architect - Expert.
