Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and integrations based on business needs.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permission structures.
- Manage development lifecycle from design to deployment and support of SharePoint solutions.
- Ensure best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Integrate SharePoint with applications like ERP, CRM, BI tools using APIs and connectors.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams for aligned solutions.
- Implement governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements for SharePoint.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration (Online & On-Premises).
- Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, REST API, and PnP libraries.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, including external system integration.
- Knowledge in SQL Server and database design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with exceptional communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management experience.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
