Mid-Level Enterprise Project Manager

The company is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Project Manager to lead business transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization, with strong financial planning skills to keep projects on budget and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise business projects, from planning through execution and close-out.
• Develop structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure initiatives are executed as designed.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Track expenditures against budget and report variances.
• Identify risks and implementation challenges early, and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment for successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Report project status, financial performance, and risks to senior management.
• Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience managing structured business or transformation projects.
• Direct experience implementing plans across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• PMP certification preferred, not required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
