What You’ll Do

• Build high-level connections and influence business decisions
• Perform outbound and inbound communication to SaaS customers to sell additional services and solutions
• Assist customer contacts with challenges and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of SaaS’s services and internal operational processes
• Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives
• Work to improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts
• Manage complex and challenging customers
• Serve as the first line in the escalation path for customer satisfaction issues

Qualifications/Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in business applications sales preferably in a software/technology industry
• Strong applications background and understanding of software systems
• Excellent understanding of business applications - SaaS
• Advanced knowledge of Sales methodology
• Superior communication skills to execute complex sales transactions
• BA/BS degree in business/related field or equivalent work experience
• Advanced Arabic speaker
