Position

You will be responsible for driving both SaaS and GIU sales in your territory, managing the full sales cycle, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers across the UAE mid-market. This includes both net new business development and managing a defined set of install base accounts aligned to Oracle’s Global Industry Units (GIU).

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory, pipeline, and deals—identify, qualify, and close new SaaS opportunities
  • Manage and grow strategic install base accounts under Oracle’s GIU model, driving expansion and adoption
  • Build and apply strong industry knowledge to tailor solutions and engage effectively with customers across key sectors (Financial Services, Government, High Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, Mining, Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Real Estate, Wholesale, Transportation and Logistics)
  • Engage customers through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Understand customer challenges and position Oracle SaaS solutions that deliver real business outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Consulting, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer success
  • Proactively forecast and manage your pipeline to meet and exceed quota
  • Handle customer escalations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Stay on top of UAE market trends and competitors to differentiate Oracle effectively

Work Conditions
This position is classified as a Regular Employee and requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B software/application sales, ideally within the SaaS or cloud space. Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English (Arabic is a plus). Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience selling to mid-market or commercial accounts in the UAE or broader Gulf region
  • Solid understanding of ERP, HCM, or CX applications
  • Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative, customer-first mindset
