What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and Coach: Manage and develop a team of Account Managers, establishing clear priorities and performance expectations to help them reach their full potential.
  • Segment Strategy: Define and own the growth strategy for the Mid Market segment by identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Engage in top-tier partner negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for both the company and its partners.
  • Drive Tool Adoption: Empower your team to sell and implement the company’s suite of tools and features to help partners optimize their businesses.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency across your portfolio through regular performance reviews and best practices.

Essential Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a commercial role with a proven track record in managing and developing complex teams.
  • Market Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant marketplace dynamics that drive partner growth.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to navigate high-level negotiations and strategic growth discussions.
  • Data-Led Decision Making: Highly analytical approach to performance management, utilizing data for segment-wide decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the UAE or Middle East restaurant and food-tech landscape.
  • Background in scaling sales or account management processes in a high-growth environment.
