Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Relationships & Business Partnering: Serve as the main point of contact for local business leadership, actively managing senior relationships, and translating business feedback into actionable items for the IT organization.
  • Capacity & Financial Management: Manage regional capacity in line with global targets, support data-driven discussions with leadership, and promote automation and self-service capabilities to enhance efficiency.
  • Security, Compliance & Resilience: Ensure secure workflows and compliance standards are integrated into service practices while minimizing operational risks.

Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years in IT Service Management, Digital Workplace, or End-User Computing leadership.
  • Proven experience in multi-site or regional service delivery and service transformation.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled support tools and financial management.
  • Strong vendor management skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Middle East.
