Middleware Administrator (Applications deployed on RedHat OpenShift)

We are currently looking for a Middleware Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Location
Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications.
• Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels.
• Ensure high availability and best system performance.
• Comply with defined SLAs from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings).
• Maintain a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong skills in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
• Experience with IBM ACE, REST/SOAP APIs, and API Gateways.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with RedHat Linux and Apache, as well as shell scripting.
• Knowledge of security policies and patching/hardening of OS and Applications.
