Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert point of contact and thought leader in your area of focus.
- Focus on optimizing Pricing capabilities (Dynamic/Surge Pricing, Discounts, Personalized Pricing), Dispatching capabilities, Fraud Detection, Recommendations, and more.
- Identify and propose ML opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ML projects.
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis, validate and tune ML models, and visualize results focusing on actionable metrics.
- Monitor ML models and support the improvement of Data & AI technical capabilities.
- Champion Data Culture and knowledge sharing across teams.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in Python and SQL coding (more experience required for senior roles).
- Strong mathematical, statistical, and software development skills.
- Familiarity with Cloud solutions, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent communication skills in professional English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in On-demand, Mobility, or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of ML features for digital products.
- Background in Pricing, Fraud Detection, Dispatching, or Personalization projects.
