Migration Developer

A large bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Migration Developer for its Murex greenfield implementation project. The successful candidate will lead migration efforts and develop MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange.

Responsibilities:

• Develop MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange.
• Utilize a good understanding of Murex 3.1 workflow and MxML, and be familiar with trade workflow, contract workflow, and exchange workflow.
• Engage in Murex workflow development involving trade life cycle, creating new system interface workflows, confirmation generation, error management, and OSP.
• Suggest improvements in existing solutions leveraging analytical and technical skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7-10 years of total experience in Murex.
• 5-7 years of experience in Murex migration projects.
• Proficiency in MXML 3.1 and XML/XST languages, Data Dictionaries, and Templates.
• Familiarity with various popular trade interfaces such as MarkitWire, TOF, OMGEO, and RTNS.
• Knowledge of Market Data upload and real-time (RTBS) and batch (MDIT) processes.
• Experience in creating messaging queues (MQ) and understanding of Front to Back Trade Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with FX, IR, FI, and Equity products.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in JAVA and Perl.
