Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure relevant & error-free delivery of various management reports within the timelines.
- Work closely with the Manager for designing and developing comprehensive analytical packs for Assets and Liabilities business, reviewing them monthly with stakeholders to measure sales and overall portfolio growth.
- Provide regular feedback to management on the performance of various Assets & Liability products.
- Prepare daily dashboards for the leadership team to understand portfolio movement and daily sales achievements against the budget.
- Support the Products team with Assets & Liability ad-hoc data and analysis requirements as needed.
- Analyze Liability Book trends and inform the senior manager regarding any opportunities or anomalies.
- Maintain & develop various dashboards to reduce manual efforts and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports (Sales, Portfolio & Financials).
- Coordinate & work closely with the leadership team to meet their requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate data for analytics purposes related to all aspects of the Assets & Liability business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data management and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- University Degree in IT or equivalent
Minimum Experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the Banking industry with at least 2 years’ experience in sales analytics.
- Knowledge of banking processes, retail & business banking products, and sales KPIs.
- Strong coding skills in VBA Excel Macros, MS-Office, SQL, Python, Crystal Reports, and SAS.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.
