Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in banking operations and processes.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data, create data visualizations, and develop insightful reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Design and implement data models, data mapping activities, and ETL processes to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure data analysis adheres to these standards.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/MIS, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related role within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage various priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry is highly desirable.
- Strong SQL skills for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with report development using Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools.
