We are currently seeking an MIS Analyst specializing in the banking sector to join our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis and business intelligence, along with a strong understanding of banking operations and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and provide insights to enhance banking operations and processes.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data trends and visualize results.
- Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, Cognos, or similar platforms.
- Perform data modeling, data mapping, and execute ETL processes to ensure accurate data retrieval and manipulation.
- Work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements pertaining to the banking industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MIS, Computer Science, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related role within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL for effective data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience in report development using Power BI, Cognos, or similar.
