Core Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather and translate business requirements into KPIs and reporting specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain semantic models/datasets for scalable reporting.
- Create automated reports ensuring user-friendliness and consistency.

Data Preparation & Modelling:
- Collect and cleanse data from approved sources and perform data transformations.
- Develop and optimize DAX measures for accurate insights.
- Ensure a consistent metric definition to support master data consistency.

Data Quality, Governance & Documentation:
- Perform routine data quality checks and document datasets, KPI definitions, and data lineage.
- Apply appropriate data access controls and follow internal policies for confidentiality.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and improve dashboard performance, identify opportunities for standardization and automation of reports.

Stakeholder Support & Enablement:
- Act as a key point of contact for reporting areas and provide user enablement.
- Conduct sessions to engage and educate stakeholders on dashboard usage.

Business Analysis:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct workshops/interviews to clarify requirements and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Change Management & Adoption:
- Support rollout by preparing user guidance and gathering post-release feedback.
Self-Management Responsibilities:
- Define performance goals with the reporting manager and maintain high proficiency in required competencies.
- Demonstrate professionalism and ownership in all deliverables and stakeholder interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar role. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and be well-versed in Power BI, data modeling, and reporting best practices.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Salary Range: $20K/yr - $25K/yr
Language Requirement: Arabic speaking preferred
