About the Role
The MIS Analyst will play a crucial role in our International Banking Group, specifically within the Retail Collections & Recovery department. This position entails preparing and distributing various Management Information System (MIS) and performance reports, developing dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring portfolio performance, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for Collections & Recovery KPIs.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, recoveries, and collection efficiency.
• Analyze collector, team, agency, and legal recovery performance.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly write-off reports and recovery-after-write-off reports.
• Track and analyze write-off trends, net losses, and portfolio movements.
• Upload, update, and maintain regulatory reports through the QCB Portal.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions in compliance with QCB requirements.
• Receive, consolidate, validate, and share reports across departments (Collections, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Legal).
• Perform data reconciliation and ensure report accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and reporting requirements.
• Automate manual reports and improve MIS processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support audit, compliance, finance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, Data Analysis), Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong internet and web skills, with experience in online regulatory portals like QCB Portal.
• Knowledge of data reconciliation, quality control, and report automation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is advantageous.
