We are seeking an MIS Manager to deliver accurate management reporting and actionable insights for the Aftersales business.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and distribute accurate, timely MIS reports.
  • Develop and improve key performance indicator dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Maintain reliable reporting repositories and reconcile data across systems, brands, and branches.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Analyze market, sales, financial, and operational performance.
  • Partner with Finance to validate targets, incentives, commissions, rebates, and monthly entries.
  • Develop service contracts and service pricing across the company's brands.
  • Ensure business packages and SMCs are created and processed in SAP.
  • Coordinate system access through GRC and resolve system-related issues with IT.
  • Support the development and consistent implementation of Aftersales SOPs.
  • Lead and develop two MIS Executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and QMS requirements.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in MIS, reporting, dashboard development, or business analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and strong Power BI or equivalent dashboard skills.
  • Experience in data cleansing, reconciliation, KPI calculation, report automation, and visualization.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other data-query methods.
  • Exposure to ERP, DMS, CRM, survey, and financial-reporting systems; SAP experience is desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and manage multiple reporting priorities.
  • Automotive retail or Aftersales experience is advantageous.
  • High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with the Aftersales Business & Customer Experience function and act as a shared reporting resource across Aftersales leadership, regional operations, technical and service operations, Finance, IT, and Operations Planning & Intelligence.
