MIS Officer

About the Role
This position involves assisting in the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The role includes a variety of responsibilities that ensure data accuracy and effective reporting, which are crucial for informed decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect and validate data from various departments to ensure accuracy.
• Support in maintaining and updating internal databases and tracking sheets.
• Help develop dashboards and simple data visualizations for management.
• Coordinate with teams to gather required information for reporting.
• Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system updates.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for MIS-related queries.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
