The company is a defense technology company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. Our Connected Warfare division focuses on building systems for global command and control missions, creating a mesh ecosystem that supports time-sensitive, multi-domain operations.
We seek an ambitious, hands-on Mission Operations Specialist to oversee the deployment, user training, and daily operational success of our Connected Warfare products in Kuwait. This role involves significant fieldwork in Kuwait (up to 50% of the time), directly engaging with end-users to set up tactical mesh networks and ensure flawless performance of our command and control (C2) software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Connected Warfare hardware and software.
- Provide hands-on training to military and security operators.
- Collaborate with users to address workflow challenges and relay feedback to engineering teams.
- Establish relationships with mid-level officers in Kuwait to enhance system adoption and identify future requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics, legal, and engineering teams for seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A mission-first mindset, demonstrating extreme ownership and technical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with military operators and technical teams.
- Relevant experience in field operations, defense technology, or technical deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and IP networking/RF communications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to obtain necessary local security clearances for Kuwaiti military installations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with C2 systems, intelligence workflows, or unmanned systems.
Language Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English is required.
