Position

We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Mission Operations Specialist to lead the deployment, user training, and day-to-day operational success of our Connected Warfare products in Kuwait. Based out of our UAE office, you will be the primary technical and operational bridge to our Kuwaiti defense and national security customers. This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground in Kuwait up to 50% of the time, working directly with end-users, setting up tactical mesh networks, integrating sensors, and ensuring our command and control (C2) software performs flawlessly in the field. This is an execution-focused role designed for a highly capable, technically minded professional ready to take immense ownership of a key GCC defense account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate Tactical Deployments: Lead the physical deployment and configuration of our Connected Warfare hardware, software, and sensor networks in support of Kuwaiti customer missions.
  • Train the Operator: Design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators, ensuring they are fully capable of utilizing our mesh networks and C2 systems.
  • Bridge the Gap to Engineering: Work side-by-side with users in the field to understand their specific workflow challenges, translating real-world operational requirements back to our engineering teams in the UAE and globally.
  • Drive Local Account Success: Build trust-based relationships with mid-level officers and technical stakeholders in Kuwait to ensure high system adoption and uncover future mission needs.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with UAE-based logistics, legal, and engineering teams to ensure deployments in Kuwait are executed seamlessly and meet strict timelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mission-First Mindset: You put the needs of the customer and the mission first. You are motivated by the opportunity to radically evolve national and international defense capabilities.
  • Extreme Ownership: We look for owners. You will be entrusted with high levels of responsibility in Kuwait. You must be comfortable stepping up, solving vague technical problems, and driving tasks to completion on the ground without constant supervision.
  • Technical & Tactical Aptitude: We are first and foremost a deep-tech company working with machine learning, distributed networking, and sensor fusion. You must have a strong desire to understand how complex hardware/software systems operate and be comfortable troubleshooting them in high-pressure field environments.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: You thrive in unstructured environments and enjoy working as part of a flat, low-ego, fast-moving team that values teamwork over hierarchy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve in a customer-facing capacity, working directly with Kuwaiti defense/security entities to deploy Connected Warfare products.
  • Own the delivery of operational contracts, including system setups, performance monitoring, and creating user engagement roadmaps.
  • Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements and software bugs found during field use or training exercises.
  • Provide direct input to product development teams to drive features that enhance user workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Travel frequently between the UAE and Kuwait (up to 50% travel) to support active operations, field testing, and training events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in field operations, technical deployment, defense technology, tactical communications, systems integration, or technical customer success roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic IP networking/RF communications in the field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with tactical operators and technical teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Based in the UAE (or willing to relocate) with a passport/visa status that allows for rapid, seamless travel to Kuwait.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary local security clearances required for Kuwaiti military and government installations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with military operations, C2 (Command & Control) systems, intelligence workflows, or unmanned systems.
  • Experience configuring or troubleshooting tactical networks, sensors, or edge-computing devices.
