Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Participate in the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and launch
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Mobile Developer
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android SDKs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Java, and Kotlin
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of OOP design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with React Native or other cross-platform development frameworks
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery practices
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with mobile UI design principles
- Contributions to open-source mobile projects
- Understanding of code versioning tools
