The role involves managing the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform, which includes installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring applications on deployed mobile and endpoint devices. You will also provide technical support to customers via telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions, which includes tasks like installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all software upgrades and modern devices to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise MDM and UEM platforms and monitor app usage on mobile and endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SCCM, basic Windows OS, and networking.
- Handle application deployment, monitoring, patch management incidents, and support requests independently.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver end-to-end support services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) with 2-3 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Familiarity with SCCM versions, ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and basic Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies, such as MS Azure, and O365 Licensing is preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure, Intune, and MDM.
- Knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows application management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent in global meetings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
