Position

As a Modern Device Management Engineer at the company, you will enable customers' Modern Device Management transformation journeys with best practices, innovation, and technical leadership. In this role, you will manage enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Modern Device Management (UEM) platforms by installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring application usage on the company's deployed mobile and endpoint devices. You will also provide technical support to customers through various channels, including telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions. This support will encompass installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading software and modern devices to ensure optimal performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and working with SCCM 1611/1706/1806/1902 and later versions, as well as CB / Altiris / DXCCAE, and Service Now.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnet, IPv4/IPv6), and incident management.
  • Resolving Release Application deployment and monitoring Patch management incidents on SWD tools.
  • Working independently on reports and device health management, as well as incident management and service request handling.
  • Demonstrating strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Finding innovative ways to improve service agility and efficiency.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
  • Knowledge of Workspace ONE, Intune, and ticketing tools like SNOW/Remedy/DXCSM.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud, MS Azure, and O365 Licensing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure, Intune, MDM, iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioning.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to represent in global meetings/forums/customers.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
