Position

This position involves providing technology support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), specifically focusing on devices enrolled in Intune and managed through SCCM/Autopilot. Key responsibilities include:

    Device Provisioning & Enrollment: Registering and enrolling devices (Windows, iOS, Android) into Intune or co-management via SCCM/Autopilot. This includes creating and assigning device and compliance profiles, configuration policies, and application packages.

  • Monitoring, Patching & Reporting: Monitoring device health, updating compliance reports, and generating basic dashboards/reports. Coordinating and applying patch-management cycles for Windows OS, firmware, and mobile OS through SCCM Current Branch and Intune update rings.

  • Incident & Service-Request Handling: Providing L1/L2 support by troubleshooting connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), Active Directory group assignments, and client-side issues. Logging, tracking, and resolving tickets in ServiceNow or Remedy, while escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed.

  • Carrier & Asset Management: Acting as the point of contact for mobile carriers, coordinating activations, billing inquiries, and device replacements. Maintaining an accurate asset inventory from procurement to decommissioning.

  • Documentation & Collaboration: Developing and updating runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles for common tasks and known errors. Collaborating with networking, security, and application teams to troubleshoot cross-domain issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, with 1-3 years in an IT support or Analyst role and familiarity with SCCM and/or Intune/UEM platforms. Technical skills should include experience with SCCM Current Branch and Microsoft Intune, basic Windows OS administration, and networking, along with familiarity with Active Directory group management and experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.

Certifications required include Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate and CompTIA A+; CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are considered beneficial.
