Position

As a Modern Device Management Engineer at the company, you will enable customers on their Modern Device Management transformation journeys through best practices, innovation, and technical leadership. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the creation, testing, and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs.

This role requires hands-on experience in Intune and Modern Workplace Management. You will be part of a team that delivers end-to-end support services to customers. Your responsibilities will include managing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and UEM platforms, installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring application usage on mobile and endpoint devices. You will also provide technical support to customers via telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions.

Tasks include:

  • Troubleshooting and supporting SCCM versions (1611/1706/1806/1902 and later).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Networking.
  • Incident management and application deployment.
  • Device health management and reporting.
  • Ensuring optimal mobile and endpoint system performance.

Work conditions:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like SNOW/Remedy/DXCSM.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Language requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected; additional language skills may be beneficial.
