As the Mobile Networks Strategy & Architecture Lead, you will be the senior technology leader shaping and delivering the technology vision for mobile communications, digital connectivity, and next-generation network domains. You will leverage your extensive experience in telecom and mobile networks to define the technology roadmap, influence the industry ecosystem, and develop compelling value propositions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and refine long-term technology strategies for mobile networks and digital infrastructure.
- Create and promote innovative technology narratives and differentiated value propositions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI-driven operations, automation, Open RAN, 5G SA, edge computing) to drive innovation.

Solution Delivery & Execution:
- Oversee product lifecycle from strategy to live operations, ensuring multi-vendor compatibility and alignment with business goals.
- Establish best practices and standards across engineering and delivery teams to drive operational excellence.

Leadership, People & Culture:
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams across functional organizations, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Develop capabilities and career paths within the technology organization, acting as an advisor to executive leaders and clients.

Industry & Ecosystem Influence:
- Utilize industry relationships to position the company favorably in the market.
- Participate in leadership forums and industry events to enhance collaboration and accelerate customer value creation.
Profile Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Mobile Communications and Connectivity.
- Strong background in delivering telecom products/services, focusing on strategy, architecture, design, service delivery, and operations.
- Deep knowledge of RAN, Mobile Core (4G/5G), and multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience in driving digital transformation within mobile network environments.
