Mobility GIS Manager

The company is looking for an amazingly talented Mobility GIS Manager to join our team! In this role, you will work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by managing the geospatial data supporting mobility governance policies and procedures and strategic transportation models.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building a wide network of key program stakeholders across development districts
• Curating, validating, and compiling all digital information and tabular data inputs for consolidation into a common geodatabase for applying and reviewing data models
• Coordinating inputs to documents and the strategic transportation model
• Ensuring a single source of truth for the transportation model data
• Identifying data discrepancies through validation and reconciliation of multiple data sources
• Managing identified core datasets (population, employment, land use, transport infrastructure, and services) to ensure their mutual consistency and translate into a common digital format for use in all downstream governance products
• Creating maps and visualizations for documents

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
• 10+ years in geospatial data management for planning or transport projects
• Expert proficiency with GIS applications, interfaces, and geodatabases (ArcGIS Pro/SQLServer/JSON, etc.)
• Experience managing large datasets and automating data processing workflows
• Design of model data structures

• Exceptional technical writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse team and quickly establish key relationships
• Experience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
