Mobility Innovations Specialist

About
The role holder is responsible for guiding initiatives to research and analyze emerging technologies that impact the company Mobility services, leading the design, deployment, and integration of new technologies such as 5G, IoT, and Open RAN. This position involves developing and executing pilot projects, overseeing special projects for high-profile initiatives, and driving innovations to reduce CAPEX/OPEX and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide initiatives to research and analyze emerging technologies affecting the company Mobility services.
• Lead the adaptation, design, deployment, and integration of new innovative technologies including 5G Stand Alone, 5G private networks, IoT, RedCAP, OPEN RAN, and Mobility NTN/Satellite.
• Develop and execute pilot projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of new technologies.
• Monitor and provide solutions for the design and implementation of special projects including Royal requirements, railways/metros, airports, universities, EXPO, and Megaprojects.
• Lead innovative solutions for Mobility Services aimed at CAPEX/OPEX reduction and customer experience improvement.
• Conduct device testing for both software and hardware ensuring compliance with CST regulations and requirements for all devices provided by the company business units and subsidiaries.
• Oversee management of Mobility services NHP and sharing projects, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to address all sharing and Neutral Hosting Mobility issues.
• Ensure end-to-end solutions for Royal mobility solutions including tracking from budget to closing with high priority according to required protocols.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Mobility Innovations within the Telecommunication industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics.
• Additional certifications related to the field are preferred.
