Mortgage Business Manager

Support Head of Mortgage on comprehensive management of the Mortgage Business of the company (Islamic and Conventional) with the aim of building a sustainable & profitable assets book.

Accountabilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at prudently growing the market share of the Mortgage business of the company.
• Drive portfolio profitability through management of P&L constituents and achieve portfolio growth and performance targets.
• Maintain product policies in line with regulatory guidelines and ensure all Islamic propositions are compliant with Shariah requirements.

Product Management

• Manage existing products to continuously enhance the value proposition and product attractiveness.
• Develop new and innovative products to cater to varying customer segments and create new markets and opportunities.
• Execute creative seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special packages to maintain brand awareness and boost business volumes.

External Relationships

• Maintain healthy relationships with developers, dealers, employers, brokers, valuers, and insurers.
• Build relationships with market information resources to continuously manage the business strategy.

People

• Lead the reporting lines and work closely with peers to achieve planned objectives.
• Continuously provide the necessary support to ensure optimal employee performance and morale.

Personal Development

• Steer personal career progression through effective management of relationships both internally and externally.
• Remain updated with global financial, social, economic, banking, and real estate industry developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Experience: 8+ years in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Financial Institutions related to Business.
• Knowledge of local market regulations, including UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to provide precise reports to management.
