Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align on visual and brand guidelines.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Follow existing animation styles and apply new assets as needed.
- Incorporate feedback to refine motion graphics projects.
- Translate content and scripts into storyboards/styleframes utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Adapt and iterate on designs for variations and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to innovate motion design output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize project files and assets for efficient workflow.
- Handle video production tasks, including editing, color correction, and voice enhancement when necessary.
Required Skills:
- A strong portfolio with at least 3 years of experience in motion design demonstrating the ability to create compelling visuals and replicate animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of design principles, typography hierarchy, and layout composition.
- Good communication and collaboration skills within a team.
- Attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics.
- Experience with 3D After Effects motion graphics and knowledge of 3D software (like Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of video compression, file formats, and best practices for optimizing digital content.
- Ability to storyboard concepts and visualize motion sequences prior to execution.
- Familiarity with sound effects and basic audio editing skills.
- Awareness of AI tools related to motion graphics and video editing.
