Key Responsibilities:
- Concept & Design: Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other creatives to conceptualize and develop innovative motion graphic solutions.
- Animation Production: Design, animate, and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for various platforms.
- Visual Storytelling: Create dynamic and engaging animated content from complex ideas and static designs.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) to execute projects.
- Collaboration: Work with editors and sound designers to ensure a cohesive final product.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from teams and clients while maintaining creative integrity.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all motion graphics meet creative standards and technical specifications.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage project files and assets effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in motion graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency or creative studio. GCC market experience is a plus.
- Portfolio: Strong online portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in motion graphic design and animation.
- Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling along with knowledge of video editing and sound design.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proactive and eager to learn.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
