About the Role
We are seeking individuals who are eager to innovate, achieve, grow, and lead in the energy industry. This position involves providing specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with the technical customer base while offering expert support to the Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) and Technical Professionals (TPs). The role may include participation in critical jobs where service quality or job complexity is a concern. Responsibilities also involve managing job schedules and liaising with customers on technical matters, including performance reviews and process improvements. There will be collaboration with local Business Development personnel to keep customers informed about the latest technology and to initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI) initiatives related to Technology. This position is also a mentoring role for ATPs within a service center.

Responsibilities
- Provide multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical customers.
- Offer expert support to ATP and TP staff, particularly on critical jobs.
- Manage job schedules and liaise with customers regarding technical issues.
- Collaborate with Business Development to keep customers updated on technology.
- Initiate, review, and close CPI initiatives related to Technology.
- Mentor Associate Technical Professionals in the service center.
Qualifications
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Diversity Training.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
