Core Accountabilities
- Oversee the development and execution of the MRP process to ensure the timely availability of materials and components needed for production.
- Analyze production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements to generate accurate MRP outputs.
- Lead the MRP team to ensure timely PRs creation to meet production demand.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing stock levels, material lead times, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with production teams to align material requirements with the production plan.
- Analyze production data and MRP reports to identify inefficiencies, shortages, or opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and resolve any material shortages, delays, or production disruptions caused by supply chain issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain certifications is a plus.
- 5+ years experience related to MRP position.

- Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in using MRP software, spreadsheets (Excel), and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external suppliers.
