We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant/Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRM implementations, enhancing existing platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Configuration & Customization:

    • Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise or Dynamics 365 CE) environments.
    • Design and develop CRM modules, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and business process flows.
    • Implement advanced customizations using CRM plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript.
  • Integration & Development:

    • Integrate Dynamics CRM with external business applications using APIs, plugins, connectors, and middleware tools.
    • Develop custom solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
    • Build high-quality custom components using C# / .NET, CRM SDK, and web services.
  • Business Analysis & Technical Delivery:

    • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and effective CRM solutions.
    • Optimize CRM architecture for performance, security, and reliability.
    • Manage CRM release cycles, updates, patches, and environment deployments.
  • User Support & Documentation:

    • Provide ongoing support to CRM users, including training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and automate business processes using CRM capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Expertise in CRM customization and configuration, plugins, and custom workflow activities (C#, .NET), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), CRM security roles, permissions, and administration, and data migration tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS, Data Import Wizard).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, entities, relationships, and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer / Functional Consultant.
  • Experience with Azure services, Power BI, or enterprise integrations.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
