Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) in both on-premises and cloud configurations.
- Customize CRM solutions to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.
- Manage and support integrations with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in implementing CRM functionalities.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CRM applications to ensure high performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to optimize product usage.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and recommend enhancements as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in both on-premises and cloud settings.
- Strong expertise in customizing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs for custom development.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of CRM design principles, workflows, and data modeling.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and performance bottlenecks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is advantageous.
