MS Dynamics CRM Developer

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and testing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role requires a minimum of two end-to-end implementations in Dynamics 365 CRM and involves customizing CRM, Power Apps, Power Pages, and integrating systems.

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (3 months renewable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test the CRM system.
• Develop and configure the CRM system, including setting up security and access controls.
• Customize and develop Power Apps (Canvas-Model Driven) and Power Pages portals.
• Implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand business processes and customize the CRM system accordingly.
• Resolve technical issues in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Prepare technical documentation encompassing risks and issues while actively working to mitigate them.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated on new features and functionalities in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in implementing a Dynamics 365 CRM project.
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and experience with online (cloud) CRM solutions.
• Proven experience in implementing CRM modules such as Sales and Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience in Plugins, Custom workflow activities, Javascript, Webhooks, Power Automate flow, Azure functions, web apps, and Azure service bus.

Core Skills:

• Customizations and integrations with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, C#, SQL, Azure Functions, .Net, and other related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
