Responsibilities:
- Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on using technology to solve business challenges.
- Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions.
- Transform business requirements into application requirements and conduct fit/gap analysis.
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure understanding of functional requirements.
- Prototype, configure, and test business processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Passion for learning with strong business acumen and time management skills.
- Effective management of client expectations.
- Strong consulting skills with client-facing experience, either with an implementation partner or end-user.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales and Customer Service is essential; Field Services and Marketing are a plus).
- Good functional knowledge of the Power Platform.
- Experience with full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Experience managing or leading teams is advantageous but not required.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
