As a MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you will engage directly with clients and take responsibility for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy bespoke solutions. Your CRM expertise will be essential as you act as a bridge between Avanade clients, your project team, and the broader internal CRM community.
This position offers the chance to work for Microsoft’s top partner, facilitating personal development and training in both technology and consulting skills.
Skills and Experiences:
- Passion for learning with strong business sense and time management.
- Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Strong consulting skills and experience in client-facing roles with an implementation partner or end user.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales and Customer Service is a must; Field Services and Marketing are advantageous).
- Functional knowledge of the Power Platform.
- Experience in full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in managing or leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

What You'll Do:
- Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on leveraging technology to resolve business challenges.
- Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for various workstreams.
- Transform business requirements into application requirements to create a requirements traceability matrix and conduct fit/gap analysis.
- Write functional specifications and work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure understanding of functional requirements.
- Prototype, configure, and test relevant business processes.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic.
