As an MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you will interact directly with clients to discover, scope, and gather requirements essential for building and deploying tailored solutions. Your role is critical in solving problems with your CRM knowledge while liaising between Avanade clients, your project team, and the internal CRM community. This position offers the chance to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, emphasizing personal development and training in both technology and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and advise clients and stakeholders on technology applications to resolve business issues.
- Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for specific workstreams.
- Transform business needs into application requirements to create a requirements traceability matrix and conduct fit/gap analysis.
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to clarify functional requirements.
- Prototype, configure, and test relevant business processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Passion for learning, strong business sense, and effective time management.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations successfully.
- Solid consulting skills with a client-facing background at an implementation partner and/or end user.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales and Customer Service experience is essential; Field Services and Marketing are a plus).
- Good functional knowledge of the Power Platform.
- Experience in full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Team management experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
