Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Architecture Design: Develop and deliver technology architecture for platforms, ensuring alignment with performance, capability, and scalability requirements.
  • Solution Development: Create innovative CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics that meet business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document architectural designs and decisions; mentor junior members in best practices.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage teams to ensure effective performance and alignment with architectural goals.

Experience:

  • 8–12+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem, with 5+ years specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Dataverse, and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-sprint deliveries as a Technical Lead across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PCF controls for tailored CRM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Dataverse schema design, security roles, teams, and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for CRM projects.
  • Knowledge of integration and data migration strategies including ETL processes and data flow management.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading discussions with stakeholders and aligning solutions with business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced Dynamics 365 modules, including Omnichannel for Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Exposure to AI tools like Copilot Studio and AI Builder for CRM scenarios.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Sales Functional Consultant (MB-230/MB-210)
  • Azure Developer/Architect (AZ-204/AZ-305)

Tools & Technologies:

  • Dynamics 365 CE: Expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
  • Azure DevOps: Proficient in Git, YAML Pipelines, and Test Plans.
  • Azure Services: Skilled in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
  • Development Tools: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, and SolutionPackager.
  • Monitoring & Testing: Experience with Application Insights, Kusto/Log Analytics, and API testing tools.
