About the Job: As an MS Dynamics Technical Architect at Deloitte, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the largest and most prestigious professional services firms in the world. Your role will include architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Over 6 years of experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Engagement, Field Services, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Centre, Marketing, and/or Commerce).
• Proficiency in Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and related web development technologies.
• Familiarity with AI/Copilot integration and leveraging Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps).
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and following security best practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior staff, and effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Interest in the evolving Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Omnichannel, Copilot/AI, Power Pages) and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
