Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Over 6 years of experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Engagement, Field Services, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Centre, Marketing, and/or Commerce).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and related web development technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/Copilot integration and leveraging Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps).
- Experience in data migration, system integration, and following security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior staff, and effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Interest in the evolving Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Omnichannel, Copilot/AI, Power Pages) and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
