Your responsibilities will encompass leading technical teams, mentoring junior staff, and communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will have opportunities to explore emerging areas within the Microsoft ecosystem, such as AI and the latest Power Platform tools. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. - 6+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. - Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Engagement, Field Services, and Marketing. - Proficiency in Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. - Familiarity with integrating AI features and utilizing Azure services. - Proven leadership and project management skills, with a focus on client relationships. - Interest in emerging technologies with a drive to expand your expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
