MSc/PhD Internship

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025/2026. MSc/PhD Internships at the company aim to provide students with the opportunity to actively contribute to our products and research, and to the organization's future plans and emerging technologies. In our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of the state-of-the-art (SOTA) foundation models and will also be responsible for optimizing our distributed model training framework continuously. PhD internships at the company offer a dynamic experience that blends hands-on learning, enriching community-building and development events, and collaboration with industry experts. Location: United Arab Emirates, Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop state-of-the-art LLM and/or video or multimodality models to accelerate open-source progress in the domains.
• Implement the application of large models in our business scenarios, like pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, post-training, inference, etc.
• Continuously optimize the training framework to better adapt to the training of large models on thousands of multi-node GPUs.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance the development of open-source LLM, vision, and/or multimodal foundation models and products, collaborating with broader teams across the company.

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD candidate in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Related Research Experience in at least one of the following areas: LLM, computer vision, multimodality.
• Proficiency with the PyTorch deep learning framework and libraries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Publications in top AI conferences (e.g., ACL, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, TPAMI, IJCV, etc.) are a nice to have.
