MSD CRM Developer

The role of the CRM Developer involves providing support, maintenance, and development of applications and systems to achieve business objectives, ensuring 100 percent system availability, and delivering solutions as per defined SLA for issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of customization and configuration in the MSCRM application.
• Ability to write MSCRM plugins, workflows, and perform form customization.
• Experience in SQL Server Integration Services.
• Ability to work on Windows services and .NET-based applications.
• Respond to service tickets within agreed SLAs and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Proactively monitor server status for application availability.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Review test results and deploy bug fixes in the test environment.
• Write technical specifications and participate in code reviews.
• Coordinate user testing and take actions to move changes to production.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• 7 to 9 years of experience in product design and implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge in the MSCRM application and production support.
• Moderate to strong understanding of the banking domain.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

Language Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
