Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of customization and configuration in the MSCRM application.
- Ability to write MSCRM plugins, workflows, and perform form customization.
- Experience in SQL Server Integration Services.
- Ability to work on Windows services and .NET-based applications.
- Respond to service tickets within agreed SLAs and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
- Proactively monitor server status for application availability.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Review test results and deploy bug fixes in the test environment.
- Write technical specifications and participate in code reviews.
- Coordinate user testing and take actions to move changes to production.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in product design and implementation.
- Strong technical knowledge in the MSCRM application and production support.
- Moderate to strong understanding of the banking domain.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Language Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
