Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design:
- Design end-to-end integration architectures and solutions using MuleSoft.
- Define API-led connectivity frameworks, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
- Establish reusable integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Develop architecture blueprints and technical design documentation.

API Strategy & Governance:
- Define and implement API governance and lifecycle management processes.
- Establish API security standards, including authentication, authorization, and encryption policies.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote API reuse and maintain centralized API catalogs.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to MuleSoft developers and integration teams.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and quality expectations.
- Support CI/CD implementation and integration delivery best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.

Platform & Deployment Management:
- Design and oversee deployment models across CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and hybrid environments.
- Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate architectural decisions and technical strategies to stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution artifacts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7–12+ years in integration or middleware development.
- 3–5+ years working specifically with MuleSoft.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale integrations.
- Prior leadership or architect-level responsibilities.
