Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for electrical, mechanical, and servicing of building facilities.
- Maintain machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as furniture repair, plumbing, and painting.
- Conduct preventative maintenance based on an established schedule.
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or multi-craft maintenance and troubleshooting.
