As the Multi-craft Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for electrical, mechanical, and servicing of building facilities.
• Maintain machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as furniture repair, plumbing, and painting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance based on an established schedule.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or multi-craft maintenance and troubleshooting.

Skills:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.
